I’m passionate about junior golf and proud to run the ever-growing Royal Wellington Junior Program. Everyone’s welcome — from energetic four-year-olds just starting out, to competitive juniors winning events around the country. No matter their level, it’s a real privilege to help young golfers grow and enjoy the game.

Sunday Funday

One-On-One Coaching
Available for all levels of junior golfer’s, from those taking their first swings right through to those trying to peak and win a national title.

Yumin Shin - Age 11, Handicap: 9
Taking lessons with Coach Jordan has made me love golf even more! He explains things in a way that’s really easy to understand, and he always helps me when i got stuck. My swing has gotten so much better, and I feel more confident every time I play. Before golf tournaments, i sometimes get really nervous, but coach Jordan’s advice helps me calm down and play my best.He is always kind and patient, and he makes practice fun. Jordan has helped me a lot in my golf journey. Whether it's about confidence or skill, it's in an easy way to understand. Whilst still learning, I enjoy my lessons at the same time.

Amy Yu - Age 12 Handicap: 2
I’ve come a long way since I started with Jordan. When I first started with him, I was at a 9.5 handicap, but now I’m at a 2 handicap and playing competitions out of New Zealand. He is a great coach who keeps golf fun and straightforward. He is patient, experienced, and shows great passion. He will go to great lengths to help your golf, from spending personal time to help you, to going through notes before a competition. He is excellent for beginners and guides them in the right direction, but he is also great with experienced golfers who want to go professional.

Kathleen Shao - Age 13, Handicap: 6
When I first joined Jordan’s class I was a 17 handicapper, in just 6 months I was down to a single figure handicap. He has taught me about strategies technically and mentally. His personality makes lessons more enjoyable and exciting with each lesson learning something new. I always look forward to his lessons.
